This change allows more individuals to experience our personalized, root-cause approach to care, while ensuring our members continue to receive the highest level of priority access, personalization, and support.
Most importantly, this decision is intentionally designed to enhance the value of membership not diminish it by preserving the elevated experience, added benefits, and concierge-level care our members expect.
