Beyond Wellness is seeking a part-time experienced and passionate Arkansas Licensed Massage Therapist to join our growing team in Rogers, Arkansas. We are looking for a part time Arkansas Licensed Massage Therapist who is confident in their craft, committed to excellence, and excited to grow alongside an innovative and rapidly expanding brand.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage therapy services tailored to each guests individual wellness goals
- Educate guests on the benefits of services performed and recommend products for at-home wellness support
- Confidently recommend enhancement treatments and introduce guests to additional Beyond Wellness services
- Maintain treatment rooms and wellness spaces to align with Beyond Wellness brand standards
- Deliver a welcoming, elevated, and professional guest experience during every visit
Qualifications
- Current and valid Arkansas Massage Therapy License required
- 2+ years of massage therapy experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of therapeutic and relaxation massage techniques
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong attention to detail
- Passion for wellness, recovery, and helping clients look and feel their best
