Do I need to know what I want before I book?
No. That’s what the free 15-minute call is for. Many patients arrive saying “I just feel off.” That’s enough to start.
Do you take insurance? What about HSA / FSA?
We’re cash-pay. No insurance approvals, no six-week waits, no surprise bills. HSA and FSA cards work for most services. You’ll get a superbill to submit for partial reimbursement.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?
Reschedule online up to 24 hours before, no fee. Same-day cancellations carry a hold to protect the time we set aside for you.
Am I "too old" or "too far gone" for this to help?
We hear this most from women in their 60s and 70s. The answer is almost always no. You’ll get a real answer in your consult, not a sales pitch.
