When and where is the Grand Opening Celebration?
Our Beyond Wellness Rogers Grand Opening Community Event will take place on Thursday, September 10, 2026, from 5:00 PM–7:00 PM at 4100 W. Oak Street, Rogers, AR 72758.
What is the VIP Early Access Hour?
Our VIP Early Access Hour is from 4:00 PM–5:00 PM and is by invitation-only. VIP guests will enjoy early access to the clinic, exclusive experiences, demonstrations, exclusive swag bags and additional event offerings before the public celebration begins.
Is the event free to attend?
Yes! 5:00PM – 7:00PM is a complimentary community celebration event. We encourage guests planning to attend to RSVP on our Eventbrite page in advance so we can best prepare for their visit.

Where should I park?
Complimentary parking is available on-site at Beyond Wellness, with additional parking nearby, if needed. Event signage and a golf cart attendant will be available to help direct you upon arrival.
What should I wear?
Whatever makes you feel your best! Whether you arrive in your favorite jeans or your best cocktail attire, you’ll fit right in. Our team will be dressed up to match the evening’s Botanical Noir theme, so feel free to embrace the vibe – or simply come as you are.
Are children welcome?
While this is an elevated celebration, children are welcome to attend. We simply ask that all guests under the age of 18 be accompanied and supervised by an adult throughout the event.
